Warranty Coverage:
Your warranty becomes active from the date of delivery and remains valid for 7 calendar days.
During this period, if you face any issues related to manufacturing defects or product quality, we will arrange a free replacement for you.
What’s Not Covered:
Physical damage caused by the customer (such as drops, cracks, misuse, etc.)
Damage due to water, fire, or any external cause
Minor color variations or normal wear & tear
How to Request a Replacement
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at support@famuzz.in. Include clear photos or videos showing the issue to help us assess it quickly. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost.
