Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Metro cities: 2–3 days

  • Tier 3/5 cities & rural areas: 5–7 days

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be sent to your registered email.

  • You can use the tracking link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

  • Free Shipping on all orders.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly during checkout.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unreachable number, the order will be returned or cancelled. If you wish to have it shipped again, you will need to pay the shipping charges. Once we receive the product back and you’ve requested a re-shipment, we will resend it to you accordingly.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

In rare cases where your order gets stuck, delayed, or lost during transit, we will work closely with the courier company to resolve the issue.


If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order at no extra cost or offer a full refund, depending on the situation and availability of the product.
