At Famuzz, we care about your shopping experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not working properly, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free replacement.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, strictly for cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
  • Replacement will be provided first in all eligible cases. A return or refund will only be considered if the same issue persists even after a replacement.
  • Products must be in unused condition and returned with their original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color or design, or incorrect model ordered by the customer.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To ensure a fair and transparent process, a clear unboxing video is mandatory when opening your package. Please ensure the following details are clearly visible in the video:

  • The package from all sides before opening
  • The shipping label with barcode and order number
  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts or pauses, including the moment the product packaging is peeled off

Why This Is Important

The unboxing video serves as valid proof in case of any damage or defect. If the product issue is clearly visible in the video, we will promptly approve a replacement.

Internal Quality Checks

Every product is inspected and photographed before dispatch. If there is no visible issue in our dispatch records, the unboxing video helps us verify genuine claims and avoid misuse of the return policy.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team via email at support@famuzz.in with your order number and the unboxing video showing the issue.

Once verified, our team will issue a Return Authorization and guide you through the process.

Note: Returns are only applicable to products purchased directly from our official website.

Refund Policy

We follow a replacement-first policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Refunds are not offered by default.
  • If your product is found defective or damaged, we will first issue a replacement of the same model or design.
  • If the same model or design is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and verified.

Invalid Return Reasons (Not Accepted)

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Customer no longer wants the item
  • Ordered by mistake or changed mind after placing the order
  • Dislikes the design or color after receiving
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason

Once an order is placed, it is considered a confirmed purchase.
