At Famuzz, we care about your shopping experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not working properly, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free replacement.
Return & Replacement Policy
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, strictly in cases of damage or defects.
- Returns are only possible after replacement. If there's an issue, we first provide a replacement. Return or refund is only considered if the same issue continues even after replacement.
- Products must be in new, unused condition and returned with their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/design, or incorrect model ordered by the customer.
Unboxing Video is Mandatory
We request all customers to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. Please ensure the following points are clearly visible in the video:
- Package from all sides (before opening)
- Shipping label with barcode and order number
- Full unboxing process without cuts, especially showing the packaging being peeled off
🔹 Why is this Important?
This video acts as proof in case there's any issue or damage. If the product is found defective and the video clearly shows it during unboxing, we will approve a replacement immediately.
🔹 Our Internal Checks:
We click detailed images of every product before dispatch. If there's no visible issue in our dispatch photos, then we require the unboxing video as solid proof to avoid false or fake claims.
✅ A proper unboxing video protects your interest too — and helps us resolve your issue faster if something goes wrong.
🔹 How to Request a Return or Replacement:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 8588990550 with your order number.
- Share a clear video showing the damage or issue.
- Once verified, we will issue a Return Authorization and initiate the process.
⚠️ Returns are only applicable to products purchased directly from our official website.
💸 Refund Policy
We follow a replacement-first policy. This means:
- We do not offer refunds by default.
- If your product is defective or damaged, we will first try to replace it with the same model/design.
- In the rare case that the same model or design is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
🚫 Invalid Return Reasons (Not Accepted)
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Customer no longer wants the item
- Ordered by mistake or changed mind after placing the order
- Dislikes the design or color after receiving
- Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
Once an order is placed, it is considered a confirmed purchase.
